This Performance Appraisal Rating system consists of three components namely: Setting a numerical value to the assessment factors. Normalising the values and applying a weighting to the values. Calculating the subscores and arriving at an overall score and a qualitative rating .
You are required to register on this site to load Employees for evaluation. This will expose the data capture form and the results of the analysis.This allows for the captured details to be saved and edited later if required.
